99 PERCENT / AI OPERATIONS

Privacy policy

Your channel data stays under your control.

Operator and purpose

99 Percent operates this private application for its own channel analytics. Contact: book99percent@gmail.com. It uses YouTube API Services to provide owner-requested local performance reports.

Information accessed

The application accesses channel and video identifiers, titles, publication dates, durations and authorized performance measurements: views, engaged views, watch time, average viewing, likes, comment counts, shares, subscriber gains and losses, aggregated age/gender statistics, geography, audience retention and traffic-source categories. It does not retrieve passwords, comment text or individual viewer identities. Google OAuth access and refresh tokens authorize retrieval.

Use and disclosure

Data is used for the owner’s reports and local analysis. The collector communicates with Google for authorization and API retrieval. It saves original responses, timestamps and provenance locally; selected exports are copied to the owner’s local Operations workspace without credentials. It does not automatically transmit reports to third-party AI services, sell data, target ads or train generalized AI models. Owner-directed sharing or support access is separate from automatic collection and must be explicitly authorized.

Storage and protection

Credentials are stored separately in an owner-only folder with restrictive file permissions. They are not embedded in this site or included in export handoffs. Google requests use HTTPS. Exports are stored on the owner-controlled local environment; local copies and owner-managed backups must be included in deletion reviews. File permissions are not a claim of encryption at rest. This integration does not verify device encryption.

Retention and deletion

Authorized analytics are retained only while needed for the consented purpose. Continued authorization and video availability must be checked at least every 30 days; other metadata must be refreshed or removed within 30 days. Following revocation or a deletion request, the operator must remove relevant credentials and data, including handoff copies, as soon as possible and within seven days. Local deletion does not delete content on YouTube.

Local safeguards check continued authorization and stored video availability through read-only Google requests. Non-statistical metadata older than 30 days is removed from managed copies; historical authorized performance statistics remain separately dated. If authorization cannot be reconfirmed, affected reports are withheld rather than displayed as current. Collection stops on an owner removal request. Selective removal covers the integration’s registered exports, analytics records, generated snapshots and managed backups; unrelated platform data and original media are preserved. Removal is processed through a protected owner-operated workflow. Any separate owner-managed copies must also be removed within the applicable deadline.

Your choices

Revoke access through Google’s account permissions. Request removal of local data by contacting the operator above. Stop collection whenever access is revoked; deleting local reports alone does not revoke Google consent.

Google policies

99 Percent Local YouTube Analytics’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. See also Google’s Privacy Policy. Material changes in access or use require updated disclosure and consent.
